Usage, Content Responsibility & Privacy Statement

The Association of Christian Churches of South Dakota (ACC/SD) is made up of ten Christian denominations:  The American Baptist Church; The Roman Catholic Church; the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ); the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America; the Episcopal Church, USA; the Mennonite Church USA; The United Methodist Church; the Reformed Church in America and the United Church of Christ. 

Privacy Statement

ACC/SD does not collect information from this Web site, except in aggregate form, which discloses information about how the site is visited.   Information identifying the user is not collected, with the sole exception of information given in the guest book.  Guest book information is shared on the Web site only with specific permission of the user.

Categories of Information

This Web site is intended for informational purposes.  Sources will be cited when possible when giving information about the individual church denominations, ministries or ideas and statistics that are gotten from other sources.  ACC/SD does not necessarily agree upon positions by individual member denominations or supported ministries and members of ACC/SD do not necessarily accept positions of other members.  Formal positions of ACC/SD are voted upon at a regularly scheduled Board meeting and will be identified as such.

Information is presented about the churches that are members of ACC/SD.  This information is as accurate as possible, with sources cited when available.  The official position of the church will be presented after due research, with the understanding that individual congregations and members of the church may have differing views than that presented on this web site.  Official positions of the members of ACC/SD are not to be taken as positions of ACC/SD unless ACC/SD has taken action affirming that position.  This affirming action will be noted when taken.

ACC/SD has virus protection in place to screen all information uploaded from our computers.  To our knowledge there is no dangerous information coming from our site.
