2.1  The Board of Directors shall meet at least four times a year. The Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors shall be the time when officers are elected, the budget for the ensuing year is determined, the Association's program reviewed, and direction for its work is given. The Annual Meeting shall be held on the fourth Tuesday of October.
