9.1  All members of the Board of Directors, except the at-large members and advisory members, shall serve a term of office as designated by the denomination/jurisdiction which selects them and/or until a successor has been named and qualified.

9.2  Members of the Executive Committee shall be elected annually from the membership of the Board of Directors and may serve not more than three consecutive one-year terms in the same office.

9.3  The at-large members and advisory members shall serve three (3) years with a limit of two three-year terms. This does not affect the term of the past president, who serves as one of the four at-large members until he/she is replaced.

9.4  Vacancies in the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors shall be filled by the Board of Directors.
