7.1 The Executive Committee shall be composed of the elected officers of the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee shall have authority to make those interim decisions for the Board of Directors which are in keeping with the Board's authorization to do so.

7.2 The Finance Committee shall be comprised of the Treasurer and two other Board members elected at the Annual Meeting. The Finance Committee shall prepare an annual budget for the consideration of the Board of Directors that will reflect program recommendations, financial support for the staff as recommended by the Personnel Committee, and necessary related expenses for maintenance of the Association's structure. This Committee shall also regularly review the financial condition of the Association and keep the Board of Directors advised of this condition.

7.3 The Personnel Committee shall consist of the elected officers of the Board of Directors.

7.4 The Nominating Committee shall consist of the Secretary and two other Board members elected at the Annual Meeting. This committee shall recommend persons for election as officers and shall recommend persons to serve on the Finance Committee.
