5.1  The functions of the Association shall be:

      5.1.1 To initiate, enable, coordinate, and/or be a clearing house for ecumenical/interfaith programs and projects which are in keeping with its purposes; and

     5.1.2 To provide financial support for those programs and projects for which the Association has assumed direct responsibility; and

     5.1.3 To provide whatever leadership -- volunteer or employed -- is necessary to carry out its programs and projects; and

     5.1.4 To provide proper channels for continuing feedback and evaluation of the Association.
