ARTICLE IV - MEMBERSHIP

4.1  Membership in the Association is open to and shall consist of all Christian denominations, jurisdictions, churches, and units which accept the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association and cooperate in some or all of its functions. New member denominations jurisdictions will be received into membership at any meeting.

4.2  A "Member Denomination/Jurisdiction" shall be understood to mean those member denominations or jurisdictions of not less than five hundred (500) members whose jurisdictional or denominational governing body or head chooses to send representatives to serve on the Board of Directors.

4.3  A "Participating Unit" shall be interpreted to mean any identifiable Christian community of five hundred (500) or fewer persons, not otherwise represented.
