11.1  This Constitution may be amended at any Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors by a three-fourths majority vote of the total membership of the Board, provided a printed copy of the proposed amendment(s) is in the hands of the Board members at least six weeks prior to the Annual Meeting. Any member denomination/jurisdiction, through its Board representatives, may propose such amendments.
