10.1  Fixed costs of the Association (staff salaries, housing or housing allowances, travel, office expenses, etc.) are to be shared by all member denominations/jurisdictions on a pro rata basis according to an equitable standard.

10.2  The Finance Committee, in preparation of the annual budget of the Association, shall determine suggested pro rata financial support for each member denomination/jurisdiction.

10.3  Programs or projects participated in by some, but not all, of the member denominations/jurisdictions and units shall be supported by those denominations/jurisdictions and units.
