1.1  The name of this organization shall be the ASSOCIATION OF CHRISTIAN  CHURCHES OF SOUTH DAKOTA (ACC/SD).

1.2  Its central office shall be located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

1.3  It shall be incorporated according to the laws of the State of South Dakota.
