Whom It Helps

Any individual or family who seeks to start or expand a small business on a farm, ranch, or in a small town in South Dakota, to increase personal or family income, is eligible for help.

Help is available to all responsible persons without regard to race, sex or religious belief. There are no unwritten or implied obligations, which are conditions to assistance.

Inquiries are welcome from persons associated with community or economic development groups interested in improving South Dakota's rural economy.
