-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ACCENT December 2002
Since our ecumenical gathering last summer, the Association has gone forward in many directions. The articles in this newsletter share some of the ongoing ecumenical stories of cooperation.
As president of the Association, I have had the pleasure of watching and working with many of the bishops and executives from this state. Allow me the opportunity to say we in South Dakota are lucky to have such dedicated and insightful leadership and the best group of people I have ever served.
The current farm crisis, the looming prospect of war, and the spiritual health of South Dakota are all in our prayers.
May our working together bring strength to all.
