The School

Founded in the late 1800's, the Flandreau Indian School has served the needs, both educational and otherwise, of Indian students for over 100 years.

Students come to Flandreau from primarily a 10-state region and the upper Mid-West.  Beginning at grade nine, students can earn a high school diploma during their time at Flandreau.

Today, the school can accommodate nealy 600 students.  With a boy's and girl's dorm, the campus is equipped much like a small college.
