The Board of Directors of the Association of Christian Churches concurs and supports the National Council of Churches' letter to President Bush that is in opposition to the war in Iraq.
 
We also are encouraging all people of faith to read, study and prayerfully consider statements that have been made by our individual denominational leaders.  These are available on the National Council of Churches' web site:  www.ncccusa.org.
 
Bishops and judicatory executives are available and willing to make further comment upon request.
